A phone app for drivers that works where the signal does not — and tells the office the truth when it comes back.
Container yards, highways and border gates are where the signal drops. The driver app keeps working: the trip list, pickup and delivery details and the status buttons are all available offline. Updates queue on the phone and sync the moment there is a connection. The office sees a sync timestamp on each update, so "the app didn't send it" is a checkable claim, not an excuse.
A driver does three things: start the trip, mark pickup, mark delivery. Each step records the time automatically. At delivery, the app asks for a proof-of-delivery photo — the signed receipt, the container seal, the empty container at the depot — and attaches it to the trip.
When a driver needs fuel money or a port fee on the road, they request an advance in the app with an amount and a reason. Dispatch approves it in one click, and the advance lands on the trip's cost record automatically — no Zalo message to lose, no paper slip to photograph later.
The driver app is a web app drivers open from a link — no App Store download, no updates to install, nothing for IT to manage. It runs on any smartphone with a browser, which matters when half the fleet uses hand-me-down Androids. Add it to the home screen and it behaves like a native app.
