Run dispatch from one board
The dispatch board is a trip ledger: date, customer, container, driver, vehicle, advance, payment and proof-of-delivery on one screen. Filter by date, customer, driver or status, add a trip in seconds, import a week's plan from Excel, and export anything the accountant asks for.
Drivers update trips from their phones
Drivers get a phone app that works offline: see today's trips, mark pickup and delivery, photograph the proof-of-delivery, and request an advance. Everything syncs when the signal comes back, so the office always sees the real status.
Customers track their own freight
Each customer gets a portal: log in with a magic link or PIN, watch their shipments move, download proof-of-delivery photos, and see invoices and statements. Fewer "where is my container?" phone calls for your dispatchers.
